Instructions for use

1. Charge the battery with the provided adapter

(1) Before charging, please turn off the power of the cleaning robot

(2) The charging port should be cleaned before charging.

(3) The red charging indicator indicates that the battery is being charged.

(4) The charging indicator light is green, indicating that the charging has ended.

2. Press the button to open the cleaning robot and put the cleaning robot into the water.

3. When it touches the wall, it automatically moves in the opposite direction and starts cleaning the

pool.

4. The cleaning robot will stop running when the power level is low. The cleaning robot will be pulled tothe water near the edge ofthe pool when it is hooked from the handle with a special fishing hook.

5. Power off operation: When exiting the pool, the buzzer will turn on. Press the button to turn it offAfter use, be sure to clean the filter.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Based on the delivery method you chose, you will get the order in the period on 10-20 working days. After an order has been placed, it takes up to 3 days to pass it to the warehouse. Then, in up to 2 days it is handled by the warehouse. After that, it takes 10 days (based on delivery method you chose) to be delivered in your country. You will receive a tracking number to track your order.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
